We want to make the jewelry buying process a pleasure. Explore some of the most frequently asked questions that come our way and get all the information you need to make the perfect jewelry purchase.
WHAT ARE YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS?
Due to Covid-19, we will wearing masks and gloves during delivery. We also will quarantine each item for three days to ensure no spread of germs.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently only accept PayPal. (you do not need an account to use this method)
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY
We currently offer premium tracked shipping anywhere within the United States for a flat rate of $3. Packages will arrive between 1-3 business days. You will be able to know where your package is at all times
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If the status of your package happens to be missing or lost then you will receive a 50% refund. All sales are final and there will be no refunds for any other reason unless absolute necessary (this is up to the store owner and has absolute power)
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Each piece is covered with varnish to give it a glossy look and strength. They are the last thing on and the first thing off and try not to take them out in the rain or crush them. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
